Every customer is important to us. We know that without your custom we would not have a business, which is why we make every effort to make your experience with us as easy and pleasant as possible.

Flooring looks different in different rooms. We do not expect you to make an on the spot decision about your flooring. Our policy is to allow customers to take samples home and see what they look like in their own rooms.    

What if you are unable to make it to our showroom? We bring the showroom to you. Although it is easier to make a decision in amongst all of our samples we are more than willing to bring a selection to you. 

Customers like to use our free measuring service. It has always been a company policy to make visits to the houses of customers who are unsure on how much carpet they require. 

We know that it is not possible to remove all furniture from every room, which is why our fitters will make the effort to clear large heavy pieces for you. The business has been challenged when delivering flooring on many occasions however we have always found a solution for our customers.

With new government rules and regulations the removal and disposal of old carpet is becoming harder and harder. Our skilled fitters will do all of this for you, whilst cleaning and preparing the surface for your new flooring.
